We spent the weekend in Durango at the Durango Riverside Resort. Our campground was more populated than the ones we usually choose and our neighbors were very close, but having a site on the river made up for that! This campground was also very kid friendly with a heated pool, a playground, outdoor movies, and a cute little ice cream shop. Our good friends, the Foleys were in Durango, too, and they cooked out with us the next night (pictures coming). I took over 400 pictures this trip so get ready for lots of days of Durango pictures. These first ones are our first night at the camp site and the next morning, when we decided to have a campground breakfast. I had no idea that I would be cooking bacon for two and a half hours! Next time, it is going on the fire pit. I just did not have the right kind of pan for that this time!
