Beach/ Surfing Day!

We spent Monday morning at the beach and India brought a surfboard for Dylan to use. I was not able to get pictures of him catching waves because I was swimming in the water, but he had success. After, he warmed up under the sand with some help being buried by Quin. Honora came over to check out Dylan's toes, took one look at them and declared, "I'm done with this game"!

 

California Family Visit!

We went to a family gathering in California (minus Mason, who had to stay behind for work). All of Andy's sibling's grandbabies were able to be there together so we got to meet the ones we had not met yet. I was super excited to get my baby fix in with Scott's 6 month old twins! 

 

A "Little" Catch at Work!

Dylan caught this bull snake on his lifeguarding shift and moved him to a safer location than where he was.

Happy 20th, Dylan!

We don't have any teen-agers in the family anymore. Dylan celebrated his 20th birthday today! We're so happy to have him home from college for the summer so we can celebrate with him! 

 

Portland!

Quin will start a graduate program at Lewis and Clark in the fall so we went to Portland to look for housing and check out the campus. The school grounds are incredibly beautiful and serene. We looked at a bunch of condos because we are thinking of buying one while Quin is in school rather than paying expensive rent.

We saw at least five families of geese living around this lake! We also saw lots of deer and some big horn sheep.
