Mason had PE in the morning and we had workmen at the house finishing Dylan's room (we put a sliding French door going outside and wood floors to match the rest of the house) so Dylan opened a few presents before Mason got home and started building. (They were Legos.) It is too bad Legos sets are so expensive because if we could just buy a new one every time he finishes one, it is all he would ever do. After Mason got home, he ripped through the rest of his presents.
We had to throw a couple of Minecraft gifts into the mix considering that that is his other obsession. (His birthday party in two weeks will be a Minecraft theme.)
Granny got him this Lego Technic set and he is sooooo excited to build it!
In the afternoon, we went for a swim.
Lunch was at BJ's, where he got a birthday Pazookie!
Then, we went to his sister's opening night performance of The Wizard of Oz (which was incredible--I'll post pictures tomorrow!) After the show, we went for a birthday dinner at which the boy fell asleep in my lap. So you see, there is still some little left in this seven year old baby boy...
