Hannah got to shadow a neurosurgeon today and watch a spinal surgery!

 

Neighborhood Trick-or-Treat Night!

The neighborhood trick-or-treat was tonight. I wore the costume that I originally made for Dylan and watched kids and adults both do double takes and try to figure out the illusion. Dylan and his friends were going to a party and he dressed up as Brad Pitt’s character in Fight Club. We thrifted the nice leather jacket and I had to buy cigarettes for the first time in my life to complete his costume.

Dylan just flew out to Seattle for the weekend to visit Hannah and go to an Alex G concert.

Balloon Fiesta!

It has been a rainy week, but we took a chance on the balloons going up yesterday morning and they did! 

 

Seattle!

We spent the weekend in Seattle helping Hannah move into the apartment that she will share with five other girls. It is a great space on the third floor, surrounded by fraternity houses (lots of active college life)! While we were there, we got to see Michelle, Hannah’s roommate from last year, for lunch and we got to spend some time with John (who you may recognize from pictures on the blog a long time ago). It was so great to catch up! We only wished his whole family was there!
