Co-Pilot!
Dylan got to check out the front seat of our airplane on Wednesday morning! That made waking up at 4:30am that much better!

Goodbye, Grandpa Bill
Yesterday, we flew to San Pedro for Grandpa Bill's funeral. Andy had been out there since Friday, when his father had died. It was a beautiful ceremony and it was great to see some of the family, even if it was just for a day.
This little boy below found the best way to feel good after wearing a belt is to take it off and roll in the cemetary grass. I hope the people under him did not mind. I really think he is related to Winter, the most grass rolling dog ever!

First Soccer Game!
This was the first soccer game of the season and the first soccer game ever for Dylan. He did a great job of hustling to get the ball. He did not make his own goal, but he did make an awesome kick that sent the ball a long way to his teammates who then put it in the goal.
Here is the start of his awesome kick!
And this is after he sent it flying!
I thought this was a funny picture below!
The boy is getting tired!

Here's To Fathers...
I lost mine 25 years ago. Andy lost his yesterday afternoon. They are irreplaceable. Here's hoping all of our children have theirs for many years to come.

Recital!
They all did a wonderful job and it was a terrific recital. I have been trying to post videos of my kid's songs but it hasn't worked yet. I will keep trying!
Dylan was happy to get to play with his friend from Kindergarten. His sister, who is also a good friend of Mason's, just happened to be in the recital, too!

Taos Weekend!
We went to Taos this weekend for a piano recital at Granny's house (recital pictures coming soon)! The cousins came along for some of the time and our friends Catherine and Bob and their kids came as well. Their son was in the recital as were Mason, Hannah, and Dylan. The recital was on Sunday and the rest of the time was spent at Twirl and running around Granny's wonderful yard. I think the two best parts for the kids were the "log playground" made up of huge Cottonwood tree trunks and branches and hide and seek in the dark. Oh, there was also time to play on the i-pad and for the big girls to take care of homework!
