Blue Hole!

The water in this swimming hole stays 61 degrees year round. It was so refreshing to jump

in and you can see so far down because it is so clear! We also went to the nearby lake that has a huge playground on the water. The Blue Hole was definitely the more appealing place to swim out of the two, but the playground was fun!

Alpine Swimming!

We hiked to a glacier lake to swim! The water was so incredibly cold that your toes are immediately in pain and then go numb. And yet, at the same time it felt so good! Dylan stayed in long enough that his body was red when he got out and he was shivering with goosebumps for 20 minutes after we got out. Mason seeks out these lakes in Colorado so she and Jay were experts. It’s THE best way to beat the summer heat!
