Yep, We're Doing This Again!

Kid Number 2 is behind the wheel these days!  I had forgotten how scary (oops, I mean fun) this is!  The goal is to have her with her provisional license before school starts next fall because her chauffeur will be in college and goodness knows I have my hands full getting the boy to school!

Respect Existence or Expect Resistance!

One of the coolest parts of participating in the Women's March last Saturday was seeing the fire ignite in the eyes of my daughters as they became a voice in advocating for equal rights for women, LGBTQ, minorities, and protection of the environment.  How amazing that Mason got to register to vote at this rally, something she will remember forever. 

Fifteen!

Happy Birthday to this little trouble maker!  She's cute as a button, sharp as a tack, full of sunshine and mischief!  I'm so happy and lucky to be your Mommy!  For today, you can be the favorite child!

Mason's orchestra was the Honor Orchestra chosen to play at Popejoy this year!  We were not allowed to film the whole thing but we got these songs.  They were amazing, as always!

Snow Day!!! No School!!!

Desperate times call for desperate measures and if you have to sled down your driveway, then so be it.  School was cancelled today because of the icy roads and we have seen so little snow this year that we had to take advantage of what we got.

Senior Pictures!

This is my little senior!  I am so thankful for these pictures taken by my friend, Trisha!  I could never have taken such vibrant, fun pictures on my own!  It was so much fun hanging out in downtown Abq, taking advantage of the colors and Trisha's amazing eye for photo backgrounds!

Hike!

There are so many great trails near our new house in all directions!  We are just beginning to discover them!  I am amazed at how many directions they can take you and how far they go!

New Year's Eve!

I was in my pajamas before dinner, but these girls know how to live it up for New Year's Eve!  I'm just glad I asked them to do the glitter outside!
