Friends!
It was so nice to have Liz, Michael, Deb and Jeff and their kiddos for dinner on Friday! It is always so nice to slow down and catch up in the midst of busy lives! Deb even brought her hairless rats (pets in her classroom) for a visit!

A New Role!
Mason got to fill in for a cast member who was sick on Friday night! She was Officer Ward. That girl sure works well under pressure. She had her lines memorized in no time and pulled it off beautifully! Way to go, Mason!!! YOU ROCK!!!

KUNM!
The orphans in Annie Jr. got to promote the show on the KUNM radio station during their children's hour. They sang a couple of songs and talked about the show. Very cute indeed! You can listen to it for two weeks at www.kunm.org in the archives. The show was on Saturday morning.

Opening Night of Annie Jr!
This is another Box spectacular! As usual, I tried to control myself and not be the obnoxious mom snapping away with her camera the whole time, but by the time it was over, I had taken 192 pictures. What can I say? I treasure these memories and time flies! Anyway, I am not a professional photographer so a lot were blurry, but here are some I love, blurry or not. Many more to come, friends!

Poor Little Orphans!
Mason and Hannah are currently rehearsing for a production of "Annie Jr." at The Box. The show opens this weekend! That is poor little orphan Hannah on her knees. I did steal this photo off of Facebook. Frank Frost Photography takes all of these amazing photos for the Box productions. There is one of the whole cast with Mason in it, but I can't get it to come up any bigger than a thumbnail. I will take some this weekend and post them then!

Frozen Pond, Frozen Fountain!
Today is our fourth day of no school! The weather is slowly warming up, but New Mexico was in a state of emergency due to gas shortages (Taos, where my mom lives, has NO gas) so school was cancelled for another day to conserve gas. We are loving the time off but know we will pay for these days in June.
