We just dropped Dylan off at ASU for his sophomore year. He is living with the same three roommates as last year in a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment on campus. This year, he really wanted to create a cool living space so he spent a lot of time choosing decorations (most from around our house). Two days before we left, he decided to add a brick wall (peel and stick wallpaper). It took time and patience, but he and Andy got it on the wall while I cleaned and set up his bathroom and closet. Then, we were ready to hang decorations. I love the way it turned out! It’s always hard to say goodbye to your babies, but his excitement to be back with his friends and fraternity brothers made it easier. Here’s hoping for a fun year of friendships, learning, and growth and hoping his guardian angels don’t have to work overtime!
